These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the HamanTech website (hamantech.com) and any quotation, order or purchase of machinery from HamanTech ("HamanTech", "we", "us"). By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Prices shown on this website are indicative starting prices (FOB unless stated otherwise) and do not constitute a binding offer. Final pricing, specification, lead time and shipping costs are confirmed in a formal written quotation after we review your requirements. Prices are subject to change without notice until a quotation is formally issued and accepted.
Orders are confirmed only once a formal quotation is accepted in writing and any required deposit is received. Standard payment terms, currency and deposit percentage will be stated in your quotation. Production begins after deposit confirmation.
Lead times stated are estimates from confirmed order date and may vary with machine configuration, customization and shipping route. Title and risk of loss for goods transfer per the shipping terms (e.g. FOB, CIF) agreed in your quotation. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Unless otherwise stated in your order confirmation, HamanTech machinery is covered by a standard manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, normal wear parts, or improper installation. Specific warranty terms are confirmed per order.
All content on this website — including text, images, specifications, logos and machine designs — is the property of HamanTech or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission. Product images and specifications are for reference and may be updated without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HamanTech is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or use of purchased machinery outside its intended operating conditions and manufacturer guidelines.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different governing law is expressly agreed in a signed contract for a specific order.
